Antwerp- based Michelin-star chef Bart Desmidt’s Belgian Chocolate company, BBYB, recently opened a futuristic, almost clinical, looking chocolate bar in Tokyo’s high-end Ginza district.
The bar, BBYB, which was designed by Japanese studio Nendo, is sure to attract chocolate lovers and curious folks alike, thanks to its clean, sleek and sharp interiors and design.
Step inside and you’ll discover that the chocolates are taken seriously here.
The products are arranged with precision by the colour of their packaging and displayed in perspex cases and drawers, which calls to mind display cases from science fiction films.
Follow the white tiled floors all the way to the end and you’ll end up in a dark and mysterious chocolate bar, where you’ll be able to sample the chocolate with a cup of coffee.
